Working here has been quite the ride, but not always in a good way. It feels like decisions are more about what the bosses want than what actually makes sense. And it's not just me noticing it – a lot of the engineering team has already headed out the door.
The big bosses, especially the CEO and CTO, might want to take a step back and think about where we're heading. Things seem a bit shaky, and it feels like we could be doing so much better. There’s a lot of potential here that's just not being tapped into because of the current direction we’re headed.
I really think we could turn things around if there was more listening and less dictating. Bringing everyone’s ideas to the table could make a huge difference. Here’s to hoping things change for the better – this place has a lot of promise, and I’d hate to see it go to waste.

Are you sure that failure to pay on time means financial problems? Sometimes HR departments fail... unless we're talking about a delay of at least a month. I understand that generally, if I see their job offer, it is better not to apply?
Yes, these matters have been reported to the appropriate executives. However, it's disheartening to note that the response so far has been less than satisfactory, with a lack of acknowledgment or concrete action to address the situation.
What I had in mind were more external institutions. It seems inevitable to me if you don't realistically get paid after a month's work... But it is your choice what you do
