Terrible cleaning company! Noticed that someone has been signing the sheet in our stairwell to say they had cleaned it, but it clearly never gets cleaned at all! Dirt and mess that has been there for months. We asked our factor to change the cleaning company, and refused to pay for our cleaning.

Terrible cleaning company. Someone from Clean Factor has been signing the sheet in our stairwell to say that it has been cleaned, but it clearly hasn't been cleaned for months. No one ever mops, never seen anyone in the close, and dirt has been there for months. We asked our factor to change the cleaning company and refused to pay for our cleaning.
