maintaining field staff calibration kit - rotating and arranging annual calibrations with suppliers. Liaising with internal operations / scheduling team to plan in advance
liaise with internal teams, customers and suppliers regarding shipments and coordination in a timely manner
organisation of all shipping related documents, incoming and outgoing
