your key focus will be empowering excellent customer service with oversight of quality management/assurance and supporting customer escalations

Requirements
experience of supporting users on Windows devices, M365, Azure, Dynamics, and non-Microsoft products
experience in managing team performance through coaching and development
good communication skills at all levels with internal and external partners
passionate about customer satisfaction – managing customer complaints/escalations
effective organisational skills and strong attention to detail
able to prioritise and keep calm within high pressure situations
A logical approach to problem solving coupled with common sense
