Requirements
- you have a bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business Administration, HR or Legal discipline
- manage day-to-day employee and manager queries, questions and any issues that arise
- proven working experience in a HR generalist role
- you have acquired your CIPD qualification or are in the process of acquiring this qualification
- manage investigations and complex employee relations issues in the UK and globally
- experience managing an HR Administrator
- support line managers in the recruitment and selection process
- experience advising line managers to successful conclusion of queries and issues
