- the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the daily posting schedule across all social platforms and thinking of innovative and creative strategies for content execution
- social media is an industry of constant change and you will be responsible for keeping up with trends and platform updates with a forward-thinking approach
- working in partnership with the rest of the creative content and marketing teams, you will collaborate on a range of social media projects across our digital channels, supporting on the creation and editing of branded video assets for social media
- taking direction from the Social Media Manager, the candidate must show a passion for wanting to share and pitch new ideas, love collaboration with internal teams and be accountable for the quality and standard of the work they output
Requirements
- support the Social Media Manager in the day-to-day operations of all social media channels, tailoring content for diverse channel and audiences
- design and implement creative social media strategies to broaden our brand reach and engagement
- plan, schedule and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Meltwater, Asana, and Meta business
- manage social media communities by responding to posts, messages, comments and developing discussions
- monitor, track, and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Meltwater and Facebook Insights
- continually optimise content to encourage community interaction and engagement
- research and evaluate the latest tools and techniques to improve measurement of social media activity
- analyse competitor activity and recommend improvements to increase performance
