- controlling the strategy and direction of the marketplaces in line with the goals of the business
- expanding the business into new eCommerce channels and territories where appropriate

- researching & analysing keyword performance improvements to drive better quality traffic & improve conversion rates
- reviewing marketplace channel performance and maintaining very healthy marketplace accounts
- researching and responding to competitor pricing, promotions, products, activity and market share
- monitoring ratings and customer feedback
Requirements
- extensive knowledge of e-commerce channels, technology, and analytics
- minimum of 2 years’ experience selling on Amazon / eBay Marketplaces
- experience of building and managing both internal and external teams and resources
- experience of implementing initiatives to increase eCommerce sales and profitability
- strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritise, and articulate highest impact initiatives
- knowledge and experience of PPC platforms
- experience of using KPIs to drive efficiencies within the marketplaces
- E-commerce: 3 years
