  • the FarmCafé is a busy 150-seater fast-casual restaurant serving delicious traditional foods to Hampshire & Berkshire’s discerning guests
  • established in 2005, the WFS has two divisions: The FarmShop is the centre for good food in this affluent area selling estate-grown meats, the best seasonal local produce & artisan cheeses, home-cooked foods, and an ever-changing range of crafts, gifts, and homeware

Requirements

  • strong leadership in a high-pressured environment
  • proven menu development and P&L responsibility
  • excellent food presentation at high volumes
  • organisational and team leadership skills
  • health and hygiene qualifications
