- project Planning and Execution: for projects related to traction electric motors and inverters
Requirements
- technical Understanding: Excellent high-level technical understanding of electric traction drives, including motor, inverter, and gearbox assemblies
- project Delivery: Experience in delivering complex electromechanical assemblies, preferably electric traction drives
- communication: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- adaptability: Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- project Management Tools: ideally, such as Microsoft Project or equivalent software
