  • complete end of year accounts for all 3 companies
  • read organize and answer all incoming and outgoing emails
  • oversee invoicing of customers with 3 companies
  • organize director’s diary
  • monitor banks accounts for all 3 companies daily
  • liaise with health and safety officers
  • speak with suppliers concerning payments
