Requirements
- previous experience in security or as a Door Supervisor is preferred but not essential
- valid SIA licence is required
- first aid certification is highly desirable
- proficiency in using surveillance systems, including CCTV, is advantageous
- previous experience as a Door Supervisor or in a similar security role is preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- familiarity with first aid procedures is a plus
Responsibility
- maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, employees, and visitors
- monitor and control access to the premises
- conduct regular patrols to ensure the security of the property
- respond to incidents and emergencies in a timely manner
- handle difficult or unruly individuals with professionalism and tact
- enforce company policies and procedures
- provide excellent customer service to all individuals on-site
- monitor the entrance and exit points of the venue to ensure the safety of guests and staff
