- ensure you deliver your weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly activity targets
- ensure you deliver your weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales target
- you will be executing a sales strategy to grow your area by both maximising existing relationships and creating new ones
- manage and then deliver an accurate monthly and quarterly sales pipeline
- provide a detailed weekly and monthly sales report and monthly activity plan as part of a regional strategy
- help develop and then deliver a strategic approach to managing a specified region that includes both new and existing customers
- qualify, develop, and then convert new leads to opportunities
- we are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is motivated to develop and grow Origin Fitness in London and the South East of England
Requirements
- skilled in business development and sales management, track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- experience with Salesforce or any other CRM database
- ability to develop ideas through to a complete strategy
- proven record in Sales
- strong initiative and creativity with an openness to learn
- EC Design, Autosketch, CAD or similar drawing tool experience would be an advantage
- ensure you always follow and deliver on the company values
- strong interpersonal skills and a natural communicator
