Everything is very professional and great, the only thing is every time we have to wait long at the pick up. Especially during winter time it is quite unpleasant.
French bulldog candle purchased as a Christmas gift. When unboxed on Xmas day, it was found to be broken. Notified them immediately, did not receive a response until the new year and was told it was my problem as apparently their policy is unless you notify within 24hrs of delivery they aren't interested. Not only is this totally illegal it's quite frankly shocking customer service. Don't bother ordering unless you want a broken overpriced candle, as they aren't interested in providing any level of customer service, whether it's Christmas time or not. AVOID.
Excellent service director is very honest person.
