Responsibility

  • experienced CNC Turner is required for a growing engineering facility in central Sheffield, South Yorkshire
  • TTS Precision Engineering Ltd operates from a 12,000 sq
  • we pride ourselves on working closely as a team to achieve and surpass our customers expectations
  • ft facility, specialising in the design, manufacture and assembly of high precision parts for predominantly Steel Making and Aerospace industries, whilst also offering subcontract machining to the open market
  • work with other members of staff to meet the company targets for efficiency and utilisation

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • advanced programming skills
  • preferably experienced using CAD CAM, but not essential
  • ability to read engineering drawings and check machined components with reference to drawings
  • A good level of concentration and focus
  • the ability to work alone and unsupervised or in a team environment
  • the ability to work to a high level of accuracy
