- experience of working with warehouse systens ideally SAP

- show the ability to take ownership of an issue, seeing it through from start to finish in a professional manner

Responsibility
- leading and managing and team to achieve and exceed SLAs
- distributing work orders and ensuring the workload of the employees
- steering, coordinating, and implementing processes as well as planning the daily business activities
- first point of contact for all process and technical faults and forwarding of reports to the involved departments
- identifying issues or problems and initiating corrective measures and success control
- ensuring SLA compliance
- creating and evaluating reports
- ensuring the quality and service level specifications
