Requirements
- SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- first Aid at Work qualification
- IOSH or NEBOSH certification preferred
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a security management role with multi-site responsibilities
- full UK driving licence
- proven success in contract negotiations and business development
- strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams across multiple locations
- advanced knowledge of UK security regulations, compliance requirements, and risk management practices
Responsibility
- manage and oversee security operations across diverse client locations in the Southeast
- ensure compliance with SIA regulations, BS7858 vetting standards, GDPR, and health & safety legislation
- recruit, train, and supervise security personnel and subcontractors, maintaining high standards of performance
- develop, implement, and continuously improve security policies, risk assessments, and operational protocols
- conduct regular site audits, risk assessments, and client security reviews to ensure service quality and compliance
- foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring seamless contract delivery and client satisfaction
- lead contract negotiations and business development initiatives to secure new opportunities
- monitor and report on KPIs, incidents, and operational performance metrics
