Responsibility
- we are currently recruiting for an accomplished head chef to join our creative team
- A dedicated team of 5/6 chefs working within the wider team of 180
- lawns is already well known and renowned for offering fabulous food
- by working alongside the Executive Chef, the Head Chef of Lawns has time to spend developing dishes and devising menus
- we are currently recruiting a Head Chef for our 2 AA Rosette Grill Restaurant, with sole responsibility for the restaurant, working alongside the Executive Chef

- the Function Head Chef, will lead a small team in creating our famed function food throughout the hotel. We have 2 main function rooms, with capacities of 450 and 120 respectively plus private dining
- this role is responsible for the 50 cover flagship restaurant plus private dining of up to 25 - Salary depends on the candidate and experience, needs to have been Head Chef at multi AA Rosette or Michelin Star level
