Responsibility

  • we are looking for a highly organised individual, to join us as a Team Administrator & PA within our Corporate & Commercial team
  • the prime focus of the role is to provide proactive, efficient, client-focused and professional administrative support to the Corporate team, to ensure the smooth management of their day to day affairs, and facilitate the most effective use of their time
  • answering incoming calls and providing updates to clients where appropriate. Passing on messages accurately and quickly
  • the successful candidate will be able to create ways of working and approaches that support the team and proactively aims to help them achieve the best out of their working day
  • support team in booking meetings with clients and other third parties, including booking of meeting rooms and venues as appropriate
  • we don't want someone who has to wait to be told what to do, but instead seeks to understand what the team needs and takes action to achieve this
  • manage Partner's electronic diary and schedule meetings and appointments, and reallocation as necessary
  • ensure the Partner has all necessary documentation and details required ahead of meetings
