Responsibility
- to lead your team effectively to enhance revenue and and other financial targets whilst ensuring service standards are achieved
- to ensure that each event is delivered beyond guests expectations and in line with company standards, values and in line with the final function sheet
- to build and maintain a strong working relationship with the Globe, Events Sales & Planning team and other HOD’s in order to optimise operations and future developments
- communicate regularly with your team to keep them updated on strategic/tactical departmental news, developments, and results via regular team meetings
- ensure any challenges, conflicts or under performance are dealt with timely and appropriately, whilst liaising with the HR Manager
- ensure that all payment processes are followed by your team and settled by clients
- present accurate revenue and expenses reports/forecasts to the Exec team, as requested
- to follow the staff costing budget, ensuring rotas/costs are in line with revenue and flexed accordingly
