- develop and implement menus while managing food production, costs and inventory
- train and mentor team members to enhance culinary skills and kitchen management
- communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- attend and participate in monthly PL reviews with senior management team
- contribute to marketing and and events strategy
Requirements
- proven experience as head chef at a high level
- 2 Rosette and above
- exceptional kitchen management and people skills
- ability to delegate, mentor and monitor progress
- up-to-date knowledge of culinary trends and optimised kitchen processes
- food costing, recipe and allergen management
- credentials in Food, Health and Safety
- flexible working working hours
