THE BEAUFORT THEATRE is looking for employees for positions:

receptionist / administrator

  • receptionist / administrator

Contract type

  • meeting and greeting guests
  • answering phones and taking bookings for the restaurant, rooms and functions
  • checking guests in and out
  • taking payments
  • being on hand for customers as the point of contact
  • responding to email enquiries and sending out information
  • liaising with other departments such as housekeeping and kitchen
  • serving tea, coffee, breakfast and drinks to guests as required
