- ensuring that Client Relationships are maintained and developed

- as Project Engineer you will be responsible for working within the project engineering team to oversee the timely delivery of manufacturing jobs

- to mentor, coach and provide experience to the junior members of TEXO Engineering & Fabrication
- surveys, both onshore and offshore, to determine information to allow execution of low cost, repair order workscopes
- cultivating and developing customer and supplier business relationships
- provide regular and timely reports to all stakeholders on overall project progress
- overviewing and ensuring Design Team housekeeping of Technical Files, Project Folders and Registers in line with Company procedures and processes
- ensuring all contract requirements and client expectations have been fully understood through Contract Review process
- responsible for specification, issue and return of all equipment and materials, inclusive of an transportation requirements
- preparation of requisition packages detailing, sourcing and ordering materials and services necessary for completion of projects ensuring customer specifications and requirements are detailed and correct certification is requested
- production of cost-effective design solutions that are fit for purpose, safe and add value to both Texo and the Client
- construction lead review of installation methods and materials required during compilation of workpack

- preparing and distributing Job Card documentation to production team
- raise requisitions for required project materials, site personnel and equipment through CSAM
- liaising with the cost control team to ensure information is current to facilitate accurate decision making

- mechanical/Hydraulics/Electrical/PLC/Backdeck/Offshore operational background

- HNC/HND Mechanical or Marine Engineering discipline or relevant experience
- experience in Project Management
- hold a degree in a relevant mechanical engineering field or similar discipline would be advantageous but is not essential
- weekly reporting to Project Team Lead – Overview Report, Costs, Schedule, Issues & AOB
- manufacturing or engineering projects background
- offshore experience would also be of benefit but not essential
- gaining daily reporting from Site and tracking personnel and hire equipment movements
- minimum of 3 years’ experience in comparable projects role
- self-motivated and uses initiative
- ensure that Project Deliverables have been checked from a Construction viewpoint
- must be commercially and contractually aware
- excellent organisational /communication/time management skills

- previous experience with back deck and mechanical handling equipment
