Responsibility
- assist with arranging Engineers site access
- liaise with Service Team to ensure that any outstanding defects are documented and action all Warranty claims
- to ensure that all field service vehicle sales are recorded accurately and promptly
- managing of Engineers Annual Leave
- processing of Jobs for invoicing, confirming value items, stock issues and writing narrative. Ensuring Engineers timesheets and job sheets are up to date. Liaising with customers to receive purchase order numbers promptly
- deal with day to day queries from both internal and external customers in a timely, professional and accurate manner
- ensuring all service records are received from the appropriate Field Service Engineer and are accurate. Provide data and supporting evidence to internal and external customers regarding services that have been completed and or are outstanding
- assist in stock management including attendance at stock counts
