Responsibility

  • operate and set up DMG Mori 5-axis milling machines and CNC lathes, ensuring the production of parts to exact specifications
  • read and interpret complex technical drawings and plans
  • conduct routine machine maintenance to guarantee optimal performance
  • use offline programming tools, preferably Fusion 360 or similar, for planning and executing machining tasks
  • adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Requirements

  • demonstrated experience as a CNC Machinist, with specific experience on DMG Mori machines and Siemens controls preferred
  • proficiency in 5-axis milling and CNC lathe operations
  • skilled in offline programming, particularly with Fusion 360 or equivalent software
  • ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics
  • detail-oriented with a dedication to quality
  • strong problem-solving abilities, capable of working independently, but also getting on well with the small team
  • interest or desire to learn about the field sports shooting industry is advantageous
  • CNC Machining: 3 years
