Responsibility
update and implement the current client servicing strategy
management of the internal CRM system to ensure all clients receive the agreed service levels
act as main point of contact for all clients on ‘non-advice’ queries
arrange and prepare all review meetings for advisers
deliver agreed marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis
manage the distribution of marketing material to clients and new prospects
work with the Practice Director and Advisers to develop and implement the Practice’s marketing strategy and annual marketing plan that strengthens the relationship with existing clients and attracts prospective new clients
support the Partner with the end-to-end management of client events

Requirements
occasional travel to other SJP locations
previous experience in a marketing/support role, ideally in financial services or related sector
advanced knowledge of marketing, ideally holding a Marketing degree or equivalent
excellent face-to-face and telephone client interaction skills and ability to build rapport swiftly
knowledge of digital marketing and implementing a marketing campaign
good organisation skills
knowledge of relevant regulation and legislation
comfortable with/experienced in using electronic data systems
