your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service while meeting or exceeding sales targets
engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing expert advice on Ford vehicles
conduct product demonstrations, test drives, and vehicle walkarounds to showcase features and benefits
actively prospect and follow up on leads to generate new sales opportunities
maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Ford product range, pricing, and promotions
negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing profitability
we are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team as a New and Used Ford Sales Executive
collaborate with the finance and insurance departments to facilitate smooth transactions

Requirements

proven track record in automotive sales, preferably with experience in selling Ford vehicles
excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse customers
strong negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented approach
in-depth knowledge of Ford products, features, and benefits
familiarity with commercial vehicle sales and Motability scheme is advantageous
self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
proficiency in using CRM systems and sales-related software
valid driver's license
