Responsibility
- carry out individual assessments for care service users, ensuring that adequate support is provided
- identify recruitment needs
- implement and manage quality assurance
- have the potential and ability to grow the business
- have experience in establishing a care company as a provider with local authorities
- ensure that Local Authority contracts are adhered to
- have experience in managing and developing a supported living care team
- prepare weekly Key Performance Indicators and meet deadlines and targets; ensure that the company operates within its budget and meets financial and operational targets
Requirements
- successfully tendering, spot purchases, and dynamic purchasing with local authorities for care provision
- implementing relevant government and care regulations as required
- diploma in Health and Social Care minimum, must be working towards Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
- proven track record of consistently high outcomes when working with vulnerable individuals from various backgrounds
- experience in providing culturally sensitive care, and awareness of the issues faced when working with service users from different cultural backgrounds
- management qualifications
- registered service: 1 year
- management qualifications at minimum Level 4 – willingness to work towards these will be accepted for excellent candidates
