Responsibility

  • general office duties
  • monitoring Emails
  • answering phone calls & directing to the correct departments
  • processing orders , acknowledgments , scheduling order to production
  • managing credit control and sending monthly customer statements
  • client and supplier liaison, dealing with any queries and issues such as order progress , Goods in Transit
  • updating Key Performance Indicators by tracking machinery workload
  • ordering stock and updating database once goods are received and checking against invoices for approval

Requirements

  • knowledge of book keeping, Xero software is a bonus , training will be given
  • ability to liaise closely with colleagues at all levels
  • ability to manage own time and priorities workload
