Responsibility

  • the role would also include Front of House customer facing duties

  • working closely with the Service Manager and Parts Manager to ensure jobs are completed on time and to the standard expected
  • working closely with the Tyre Advisor to ensure jobs are completed on time and to the standard expected
  • organising and managing bookings of the Hire Car Diary
  • meeting personal and team targets
  • organising and managing MOT's, Servicing and Repairs for Company Vehicles
  • stratford Tyres are looking to employ a Service Advisor to join our independent, thriving vehicle repair garage based in the heart of Stratford Upon Avon
