Responsibility
- we are looking for several, experienced, multi-skilled operatives. You will undertake maintenance, repair and minor project works associated with critical, essential and non-essential reactive requests for our social housing clients
Requirements
- experience in general building including plumbing, joinery, general building, tiling, plastering
- minimum of 1 years’ experience in reactive and small project maintenance
- full UK driving license
- good communication and customer service skills
- IT Literate including iPhone/iPad and Android devices
- good time and diary planning skills
- ability to report clear concise information to the operations department
- housing Repair & Maintenance: 3 years
