Responsibility
- as a Payroll and HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in both the Human Resources and Payroll departments
- assist in processing payroll accurately and timely
- maintain and update employee records, ensuring complete accuracy
- assist in the coordination of HR processes such as recruitment, performance management, benefits, and training
- the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processes and human resources functions, with a passion for numbers and people
- provide support to employees with payroll and HR queries
- we will support your self-driven studies by helping with first time study and exam costs. The role will be based at our newly refurbished Head Office in Ferndown
- ensure compliance with current payroll and HR-related laws and regulations
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- solid understanding of payroll and HR procedures
- familiarity with payroll software and HRIS systems
- excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- able to handle sensitive information confidentially
