- to provide a full range of clerical duties relating to Maintenance, Repairs, Housing and Finance Departments
- reception, mail, telephone including contacting outside contractors and suppliers
- word processing, e.g. letters, memo’s, reports, minutes, etc

- maintain repairs log on the Housing Management System
- face to face interaction with clients
- liaise with clients via telephone to book repairs
- to liaise with contractors on schedule of works
- maintain various housing filing systems and records
- ensuring records are kept up to date
- confidential word processing
- to undertake any additional projects for the Head of Housing Management
- arranging meetings, book venues, etc
- to Archive former client files
- to Assist with the Housing Management System when required
- to carry out photocopying and filing as required
- to Input data about electricity, water, and gas meter readings to supplier portal
