  • to provide a full range of clerical duties relating to Maintenance, Repairs, Housing and Finance Departments
  • reception, mail, telephone including contacting outside contractors and suppliers
  • word processing, e.g. letters, memo’s, reports, minutes, etc
  • photocopying
  • maintain repairs log on the Housing Management System
  • face to face interaction with clients
  • liaise with clients via telephone to book repairs
  • to liaise with contractors on schedule of works
