• lead the internal Material Review Board Meetings integrating both engineering and operations within the decision-making process
• sign off relevant parts of the control of change at Paint Division when required
• work with other key departments as and when required
• raising and rejection of internal & external non-conformances
• conducting of internal audits, including raising and assistance in closing non-conformance’s, support with external audits
• reporting periodic testing results during site and other Quality meetings
• completion, maintenance and performing of periodic testing, including leading investigations on test failure
• review of internal and external specifications for compliance and updating of specification index
• oversight and when required carrying out internal calibrations and verifications, including updating of Q-Pulse system
• raise review and sign off certificates of conformity

Requirements

• minimum of 3 years’ experience within a manufacturing environment
• hands on experience working in a Quality Engineering role
• beneficial to have worked within an aerospace environment
