Responsibility
- manage and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
- conduct viewings of properties and provide feedback to landlords
- negotiate offers between landlords and tenants
- property Solutions is a leading property management company primarily specialising in the student rental market and looking to expand operations
- keep up to date with the local property market
- we are currently seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success
- provide advice on legal matters related to tenancy agreements
- maintain accurate records of all transactions
Requirements
- strong knowledge of the local property market and legislation surrounding lettings
- excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to achieve successful outcomes for both landlords and tenants
- proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- exceptional customer service skills with a professional and approachable demeanour
- strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A minimum of 12 months of experience as a Lettings Negotiator, preferably within a similar role or a strong back ground in sales and customer service
- valid driving licence and access to own transport is desirable
