- participate in meetings as and when required with customers and internal stakeholders
- ensure key communications are cascaded and understood both internally and externally
- document all interactions on internal and external meetings and ensure all minutes/actions are cascaded
- provide updated reporting as and when required on customer performance to the Key Account Director
- chair internal and external sessions in the absence of the Key Account Director/Manager and to ensure a handover document is prepared
- support the Key Account Director/Manager in relation to in business reviews to ensure customer are satisfied with current service
- review the effectiveness of existing plans with operations to explore the need for changes necessary
