Responsibility

  • develop and sustain close working relationships with key accounts, understand their requirements and log these in the CRM system
  • negotiation with customers on usage queries and apply relevant credits
  • run/create accurate usage reports and Bespoke reports
  • processing contracts and tariff changes
  • work closely with the Sales Administration Manager and Sales teams in the UK and Europe
  • liaise with departments where appropriate, co-ordinate and propose business solutions which meet the needs of the customer in a timely manner
  • ensure that agreed service levels are met and that client expectations are achieved
  • ensure that progress is communicated regularly and accurately, enhancing customer service experience
