  • work closely with the depot Service Teams to ensure accuracy of paperwork relating to warranty jobs
  • escalate any warranty concern/issues to the Warranty & Contracts Manager
  • calculate and construct maintenance contracts for both internal and external customers

  • maintains a clean work station, assists with overall workshop organisation and the correct use of tools and vehicles

  • able to cover the core opening hours of 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday along with the ability to work extended hours during peak seasonal periods, along with providing cover at other depots as and when required
