- driving acquisition of new business through the proactive engagement of target clients by taking hands-on responsibility for delivering social media, telephone and email client outreach campaigns
Requirements
- at least 2 years of experience gained in a 360-degree recruitment agency environment, ideally within the Tech / IT recruitment sector
- demonstrated ability to open and develop high-value, service delivery relationships with key stakeholders
- developed appreciation of the recruitment delivery service stack
- strong influencing skills coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- high levels of ambition, self-drive and commitment to personal and career development
