Responsibility
- ensure care workers are appropriately allocated to clients so that care is delivered on time, safely and in line with clients wishes as agreed in their careplan

- liaise with the recruitment officer to make sure sufficient support workers are recruited to meet the needs of the business
- cover care calls yourself when there are no other carers available
- cover care calls if needed
- being a Care Coordinator with Sentinel Care Services is about more than just rota management. You will be involved with supporting with Recruitment, Business Growth and ensuring we are always delivering the highest possible standard of care
- make sure there is sufficient cover to deliver care on time
- accept new packages, allocate and process new referrals for care promptly
