- the Sanam has been based in and serving Indian food in Falkirk since 1976
- we are a busy restaurant, and expect to be busier when we reopen in mid September
- we have an open role for curry chefs, fryers chefs and tandoori chefs
- this advert is for tandoori chefs in particular but do contact us if you have other relevant skill sets
- we invite you to apply if you meet our requirements and can handle the roles responsibilities
- we are currently in the middle of a full refit, during this period we have created a new menu, updated our IT systems, new more comfortable uniforms, a new more relaxed bar, and changes to our services designed to make it easier for staff
- you must have strong all-round kitchen skills as all items are produced in-house from scratch
