- work with the Paraplanners in your team to develop them and ensure they have the support they need to progress
- keep clear and up to date records relating to the management of your team
- ensure your team is hitting appropriate targets and deadlines
- take responsibility for the for the management information provided by your teams to ensure it is accurate and up to date
- we are looking for a high calibre Paraplanning Team Leader to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should show strong leadership skills, whilst having excellent empathy and understanding of the role
- think client when you are writing a report to ensure the report is client friendly and easy to digest
- taking ownership of the clients experience by ensuring you effectively manage your cases throughout the process
