These guys literally can not do enough for you. From the first call I made to picking the car up, (deleted by the administrator)answered any questions I had (probably too many) was honest and even taxed the car for me for a year. I have recommended to my friends

I put a deposit on a car a month ago and they kindly kept the vehicle for me as it was a birthday present for my daughter. Picked it up with no problems and my daughter loves it. Can’t fault the team, they can’t do enough for you.

A one service, can’t fault it from paying the deposit to collecting the car. All my questions were answered & the car came with the relevant paperwork. I have recommended (deleted by the administrator)& the garage to a friend.

Great experience dealing with the team here, bought my daughter her first car and I have to say they went above and beyond. (deleted by the administrator)and his team not only talked us through the car with great knowledge but offered lots of additional extras and support at no cost.
My daughter couldn’t have been made more at ease either when collecting the car after they prepared it for her.
I would have no problem at all recommending the team here and we will be back for another car as and when we need one.

Was in desperate need of a new car as mine had given up one of their staff met us at their showroom late in the evening so I’d have a car do work the next day . Cars been great and gheyvdd ex thrown in its next mot for free .
Great experience buying from this company, no pushy salesmen making you feel uncomfortable. I bought a Fiesta for my son’s birthday as a surprise. Had great advice and delivered the night before so we didn’t have to find somewhere to hide the car! I will be back if I need another car in the future.
Really happy with our purchase
The team went above and beyond for us when we bought the mini. We took the mini early before it had been fully finished as it was my birthday and it was due to go back for some last touch ups after.
It went back and was perfect they even delivered it back home to me one hour away on a delivery truck to save me going all that way back
They went above any beyond for us.
I would really recommend buying from here as they are very happy to help not just when you buy the car, but also after.

Bought a ds3 . Very happy all round . Had a puncture 4 weeks after purchase which they came and repaired despite not having to .
Highly recommend this company great car great service.
Lied to about dent repair and oil change.
Refused to answer phone - when they did excuses.

I’ll agree with your review as the car I bought was never even declared as Cat N, I only found out by doing a paid for check afterwards, and the full service I was told the car would get was never done. The car was below minimum on oil upon receiving. Never received my warranty, nor the receipts that (deleted by the administrator)stated he had showing a change of water pump and cam belt.
(deleted by the administrator)talks a good talk and promises the world but in hindsight it was my own fault for handing over my money before receiving the car.
I will be writing a full review soon as this is just a snippet of my dealing with this company.
My personal opinion- do not hand over a single penny until you have thoroughly checked over EVERYTHING!

Done a repair for me when I was 4 months out of warranty. Happy customer
I bought a vehicle from (deleted by the administrator), he offered to extend my warranty and delivered my new car to me at my request. After he had left I locked my keys in the car by mistake. He came back to my rescue within 15 minutes. He didn’t have to!
I will recommend Valley Motor Company to my friends and family.
Sold faulty car. Promising the world but ending up with silly excuses. 2 months trying to fix a faulty car which he sold to me. (deleted by the administrator) is a liar. How many times he told me: im with the customer I'll call you back in 10?! Then ignoring, then he is away, no staff, half of the family died and on and on! I wouldn't be surprised if he wouldn't pay salaries to his staff.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!
It's certainly disturbing to hear about these issues. Have you tried pursing this legally or contacting any relevant authorities about the problems with the car and the dealer's dishonest practices? It might be worthwhile.
Honestly, do not believe everything you read on these sites. Myself and my family have bought vehicles from Valley Motor Company and could not be happier. Such an honest seller, very straight with you if you have any questions. Went above and beyond for us and would go back again and again. I suppose you just can’t please everyone. Would definitely recommend.
He can’t contact the relevant authorities (deleted by the administrator) as the vehicle was 4 months out of warranty and the company fixed his car out of kindness! He was also provided with a courtesy car for the entire time his car was off the road. Hardly dishonest?

I wouldn't buy a car from here great if things go okay for you but just think if they go wrong you go to a dealership for peace of mind I've been left with no vehicle and no money since September 2024

Keep your phone handy as the payment will be done today and still nothing.. The more reviews I leave I hope No one else Falls Into the Trap and has to go through what i am since September I've been owed money.
