I reported (deleted by the administrator) to ITV Wales News when I didn't get my deposit back for a car that I had "bought " on the afternoon of the 8th July. A Vauxhall Insignia. Since the airing of the interview I did with ITV Wales News I have found out that the " CAR" I had bought was actually bought, paid for and driven away by a different person on the morning of the 8th July. So I actually paid a deposit for absolutely nothing. He sent me a "receipt" for the " CAR" fully knowing that there was NO CAR
For 2 days (deleted by the administrator) lied to me about delivering the "CAR " to me knowing that there actually was no car to deliver. This is outright (deleted by the administrator)!!!
I'm glad I did the interview to expose the " man " to all-over Wales and perhaps hopefully further that he is a outright (deleted by the administrator).
I hope he gets what he deserves. He knew he was going to be exposed on TV and he did a runner

Had a friend owed money for a long time. Every excuse under the sun 100s calls. Ring u back out of office. Said he was jumped by 3 men iv seen loads of excuses that have been given on here. It was (deleted by the administrator) to get the money.
5.8.25 been there today lots of men and women in his office as ill put it but not him. Been told office has been taken off him. He been done before for selling write offs and also told he made his daughter as an excuse to not getting work done on cars and also been told he doesn't have one

Purchased a Suzuki Jimny from (deleted by the administrator). Thought great customer service at first due to giving a warranty with the car and providing delivery. Unfortunately that was short lived! He kept my car for 2 weeks stating he’s waiting for parts. Every excuse possible was given, dozens of calls were made requesting the return of my car and numerous messages. False promises given stating he’s waiting was on his way to return the car but unfortunately that never happened. After being given numerous excuses not to return my car, can’t get the parts, daughter ill, etc etc! He finally agreed to meet me at Watkins Garage Neath. Stating they had put the parts on and the car has passed MOT. Within 2 seconds of starting the car there was a loud noise, the noise is still continuing and there are numerous issues with the car. In total £3,600 was paid to (deleted by the administrator) I requested to have my money back and for him to collect the car. As per rights in regards to Trading Standards. (deleted by the administrator) stated he would give my money back and asked for my bank details. That was over 2 months ago! I have rung and messaged him numerous times but he doesn’t reply or respond! NO SURPRISE THERE! I only wished I had read all the reviews prior to purchasing a car from (deleted by the administrator)! All thanks to him I am left with a faulty car that I am unable to drive and £3600 out of pocket! FO NOT BUY FROM THIS MAN!!!

The owners and associates of a (deleted by the administrator)car dealers have been prosecuted after a trading standards investigation.

(deleted by the administrator) prosecuted for offences related to the supply of incorrectly described vehicles from (deleted by the administrator).

The cars were bought as insurance write-offs, but sold to unsuspecting consumers as being cars with a clear history.He also used statements on their invoices that restricted the ability of the consumers to get their money back when they discovered faults with the cars.All offences were under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008, in total there were nine offences.

Had issues with the car the first day I had it , then 2 days later further issues came up with the car , he didn’t give a (deleted by the administrator), he wanted me to pay for repairs before they were done, I still haven’t received my log book for the car either

Went into his office, after looking at the van and drove it. He promised everything, valeting van , sort the radio out , cosmetics etc...
Then I transferred £1000 into his company's account .

The police are regarding it as a scam and this is not a civil matter!!!!!

Do not buy a vehicle from here!!!!!!!!!! After buying a car from (deleted by the administrator) last month and having to return it 3 days later I am still without my car or money (nearly 6 weeks later). We have been given 4 so called curtosy cars, one that had unregistered plates and another that wasnt taxed and had 1 months MOT with a list of serious advisorys. He agreed to swap our car with a car that was then apparently rotten and needed scrapping, yet he has since sold this to a woman with children, and then agreed to swap us for another car that was in mint condition and he was doing the MOT and bringing it down yet this hasn't happened because 2 days ago he has a suspected heart attack (another lie) We have now taken legal advice due to finding out (deleted by the administrator)

He has told me he will call me back on 17 occasions and never once has.
He has 5 verbal promises that he has never fulfilled.
He has wasted my time with no communication or apology on 7 occasions.
The warranty is (deleted by the administrator)and does not actually allow you to make claims.
(deleted by the administrator)would rather string you along for months with empty promises and (deleted by the administrator)rather than tell you the truth and respect your time.
I still do not even had a Logbook V5C after 5 months and having chased it up multiple times.

Avoid this garage at all costs.

I purchased a 1.4 Golf TSI 09 plate in January of 2025. (deleted by the administrator)sold me the vehicle under the verbal agreement that all advisories on the MOT had been repaired and that he would replace the brake pads, replace the missing side mirror cap and supply a 6 month warranty.

To start off with the service was top notch. (deleted by the administrator)called me late at night to troubleshoot an issue with the central locking and did follow up on replacing the brake pads, but that's as far as the good service went. Following this I found that the MOT advisories had not been repaired and that there were several faults with the vehicle. This is to be excepted with a second had vehicle if it weren't for (deleted by the administrator)constantly promising the world and consistently underdelivering. I live 2.5 hours of driving away from the garage and (deleted by the administrator)knows this.

The first time I went back for scheduled work he apparently got sent the wrong parts. I spent 5 hours waiting around with nothing to do and no communication. I had to call the garage and after multiple unanswered calls I was told "Oh yeah the parts don't fit, we'll have to do the work another day". They did fix the 12V socket but (deleted by the administrator)promised to compensate my fuel costs which I never saw a penny of even after reminding them twice.

On my second trip to see them I did see more success, they replaced the brakes and it only took about 1.5 hours. They did not replace the mirror cap and (deleted by the administrator)told me he would send me the part in the post once it had arrived. To this day I have yet to receive this part.

After a couple of months I started to see serious faults with the car: a bad oil leak and problems with the turbocharger meaning overtaking is impossible. I made a warranty claim with their third party warranty and was instructed to take it to a local garage for diagnostics. I paid out of pocket £144 for diagnostics just to have the claim rejected despite it being outlined in the warranty contract as covered faults.

I called (deleted by the administrator)to discuss the Warranty claim issue and he was confused as these should be covered, he told me he would contact the warranty regional rep and get back to me, he never got back to me. I chased up with him and was told that it had been rejected because the warranty company got bad vibes from the garage I had gone to locally, and that S W Valley would carry out the repairs themselves.

I travelled back again to drop my car off and receive a courtesy car just to find out I could not legally drive the courtesy car due to insurance issues and would need to leave my car with them, which wasn't an option. Through chasing up over several weeks (deleted by the administrator)claimed he would add me to his insurance on the courtesy car so that I could leave my car with them. We arranged for me to make the swap on a specific date, as my trust was already wavering at this point I called ahead to double check we were good to go ahead only to be met with (deleted by the administrator)saying "Oh shit, that's today?" He claimed to be out with his family for his Birthday and would see if any of his employees could meet me at the shop to exchange for the courtesy car. He told me he would get back to me in 10 minutes. 40 minutes later I chased up and apparently his employee was asleep and (deleted by the administrator)was driving to his house to wake him up. After another 1 hour 30 minutes I chased up again and he said he was at his employees house and wasn't getting an answer. I then chased up 3 hours later after putting most of my day on hold only to be told that we can't do it today and will need to rearrange.

I travel down yet again, when I get there no courtesy car is given to me, instead he has me wait over an hour, just to check the engine bay and run a diagnostic computer. Apparently the fault is a leaky oil filter and an electronic fault with the underboost. (deleted by the administrator)says these repairs are minor and he can come to my home address to carry them out, he makes a phone call and places an order for these parts while I am there. I supply him with my home address and he says he will call me to arrange once the parts arrive.

Again no phone call, so I have to chase up. The parts are here and we arrange a date. On the day it is getting late and I call to check on him, apparently they break down right as I call and won't be able to do it today.

After chasing up for several weeks he apparently has an order for a new truck and we arrange a date. On the day he never turns up and I waste my day waiting around for him with no communication and he won't answer his phone. I call the next day and he says the truck got delayed so he wasn't able to come.

I call a week later to confirm he now has the truck and we arrange a third date. He never turns up, apparently the new truck isn't all it was cracked up to be and the chassis has structural damage. He says he will call me back later to sort this out, I never got the phone call.

Through all of this I have never gotten a V5C for the vehicle and I have asked him to chase it up 7 times, still don't have the logbook. (deleted by the administrator)has stood me up 3 times with no apology or communication beyond me calling them. (deleted by the administrator)has wasted my time for 5 different occasions. (deleted by the administrator)has told me he will call me back and never has on 17 occasions.

At this point I have fully accepted that I have fallen for a scam and will never see any of these promises fulfilled. I will not apply for the logbook myself (£25 charge) and pay out of pocket for repairs on a warrantied car. Do not buy from this garage under any circumstances!

I’d genuinely give ten stars to these boys if I could. Service was fantastic from day one

Once again top service from these guys, we were out of warranty yet they still replaced our clutch master cylinder free of charge

We were treated great , really happy with our new car and delivery was a big help .

Well we got the car back after waiting another 2 weeks .... I had to pick it up from his garage ... I was told that all the work it needed had been done NOT .

It was outside with the bonnet up the doors open , so I asked his mechanic if it was all right to drive, yes I was told "all done " I asked if he had put fuel in it as I had to drive back to Cardiff, there wasn't the red light was on , (deleted by the administrator)had told me he had replaced the engine replaced the heater matrix.....he hadn't all he had done was stopped it overheating, minus all the plastic engine covers , ie supercharger intercooler cover , an elecal box top numerous nuts and bolts missing and into the bargain most of the brackets and bolts holding the front bumper were missing ... it was absolutely filthy with a few new dents and scratches, loads of rattling parts , basically the car shouldn't have been sold in the condition it was in , I was told by (deleted by the administrator)that it was a 2 ower car but as he didn't give me the log book he couldn't prove it. When the log book came back from the DVLA it had 9 owners not 2 , I can't express enough how totally p# off I am with the experience I have had with buying a car from this trader. I was numerous parts on the car were changed .... they weren't ! No new battery but I was told was fitted , It screams from the supercharger pulley or the pulley belt , leaks oil all over my handstand and is basically a big load of rubbish.
If you need a car go somewhere else.

After our vehicle decided to die days before our family holiday we found the perfect replacement at valley motor company. After a short phone call mid afternoon they arranged to get the Audi to us the same day arriving at 11pm which was a massive help despite them being some distance away from us so we were able to carry on with our holiday as planned. Amazing service!!

I gave 5 stars on my meeting Mathew and buying our dream car, some days after it had a clutch issue ,it was picked up and returned within 3 days with a new clutch and the car had had a valet for my troubles, thank you so much, Mathew and your staff, I'd like to give you 10 stars.
