Visited last week . Real friendly place and very helpful. Unfortunately the car I came to look at had already sold but I’d definitely pop in again

Bought car online (ebay) and sent 200 deposit , travelled down from Birmingham 2 weeks later to collect , got as far as Cardiff on agreed collect day rang him to say i was a hour away only to be told car was in a locked compound and couldn’t collect till next day, he then rang back to say there was a fault with card and he couldnt didnt know when it would be fixed, he then promised to pay my deposit and any associated costs/expenses with travelling to collect car, it has taken numerous phone calls and texts to get deposit back but no expenses ….:this company is a joke and do not believe 1 word they tell you *****AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE *****
Would you now like to update your review Nigel? As you phoned to apologise this morning because you had in fact had all expenses paid back to you but you hadn’t realised? Shocking that you put a review like this then apologise!!

These guys literally can not do enough for you. From the first call I made to picking the car up, (deleted by the administrator)answered any questions I had (probably too many) was honest and even taxed the car for me for a year. I have recommended to my friends

I put a deposit on a car a month ago and they kindly kept the vehicle for me as it was a birthday present for my daughter. Picked it up with no problems and my daughter loves it. Can’t fault the team, they can’t do enough for you.

A one service, can’t fault it from paying the deposit to collecting the car. All my questions were answered & the car came with the relevant paperwork. I have recommended (deleted by the administrator)& the garage to a friend.

Great experience dealing with the team here, bought my daughter her first car and I have to say they went above and beyond. (deleted by the administrator)and his team not only talked us through the car with great knowledge but offered lots of additional extras and support at no cost.
My daughter couldn’t have been made more at ease either when collecting the car after they prepared it for her.
I would have no problem at all recommending the team here and we will be back for another car as and when we need one.

Was in desperate need of a new car as mine had given up one of their staff met us at their showroom late in the evening so I’d have a car do work the next day . Cars been great and gheyvdd ex thrown in its next mot for free .
Great experience buying from this company, no pushy salesmen making you feel uncomfortable. I bought a Fiesta for my son’s birthday as a surprise. Had great advice and delivered the night before so we didn’t have to find somewhere to hide the car! I will be back if I need another car in the future.
Really happy with our purchase
The team went above and beyond for us when we bought the mini. We took the mini early before it had been fully finished as it was my birthday and it was due to go back for some last touch ups after.
It went back and was perfect they even delivered it back home to me one hour away on a delivery truck to save me going all that way back
They went above any beyond for us.
I would really recommend buying from here as they are very happy to help not just when you buy the car, but also after.

Bought a ds3 . Very happy all round . Had a puncture 4 weeks after purchase which they came and repaired despite not having to .
Highly recommend this company great car great service.
Lied to about dent repair and oil change.
Refused to answer phone - when they did excuses.

I’ll agree with your review as the car I bought was never even declared as Cat N, I only found out by doing a paid for check afterwards, and the full service I was told the car would get was never done. The car was below minimum on oil upon receiving. Never received my warranty, nor the receipts that Matthew stated he had showing a change of water pump and cam belt.
Matthew talks a good talk and promises the world but in hindsight it was my own fault for handing over my money before receiving the car.
I will be writing a full review soon as this is just a snippet of my dealing with this company.
My personal opinion- do not hand over a single penny until you have thoroughly checked over EVERYTHING!

I bought a vehicle from (deleted by the administrator), he offered to extend my warranty and delivered my new car to me at my request. After he had left I locked my keys in the car by mistake. He came back to my rescue within 15 minutes. He didn’t have to!
I will recommend Valley Motor Company to my friends and family.
