Our mum is an extremely nervous driver and bought a car from this garage . The staff spent over an hour with her in the car making sure she was comfortable driving it it and knew how all the controls worked before she left . Brilliant service
I’ve known the staff at this place for a couple of years now . They’re Always happy to help you out with anything nothings too much trouble .

Bought a car from (deleted by the administrator), but after a week it started overheating , after numerous calls to him he finally sent someone to pick it up ,he has now had it for nearly 5 months !
Complete Liar !!! Don't buy a car from this trader , he will lie to your face and fail at every promise he makes.

If your ever thinking of your car getting fixed at SW valley motor company DONT, he had my mothers car for 7months supposed to be fixing it and he hasn’t done shit to it, got it back in worse condition than it was the inside is absolutely filthy, it’s all soaked and smells of damp, he’s supposed to be giving my mother a refund still hasn’t! The key don’t even work and it won’t even start, don’t ever trust Mathew peachy such a scum of a man
I lost my father 6 months ago and I have had a car on finance on his name that I had been paying for. The finance company would not let me keep the car after he passed. I only had the option to sell my car for as much as I could and use some of the money left over to purchase a new car. I visited many garages that wouldn't even try to help me until I found this little gem of a garage. I spoke with the owner (deleted by the administrator)who was willing to buy my car and find me another suitable car for me and my young family. I can honestly say the support I recieved off (deleted by the administrator)has been 5 star. He offered me a very good price for my car which left me with enough money to buy another one from his garage. Not only did he help me deal with my original finance company but he also spent time finding me a car that is perfect. I absolutely love my new car and I would 100% recommend this company all the way from initial contact to after sales also. After grieving the loss of my father, (deleted by the administrator)has definitely helped make my life a little easier with this process.

Had similar with me. Bought a car, had to take it back twice for errors popping up when driving which he said he'd sort in 1-2 days, instead took over a week on both occasions, repeated phoning led to either him saying things like he's on the road and he'll look at it when he gets back and not calling back, or just not answering. The kind of person who only lies when his lips move.

We had "sorry I didnt bring the car last night, I was in hospital. I had a suspected heart attack" The man thinks people are dull. Recorded all his phonecalls and excuses for my solicitor.
Honestly the easiest garage I’ve ever dealt with great stock fair prices and great service.

Avoid ! Avoid! Avoid. Returned a Van due to a number of faults, issued a refund invoice £3600 on 29 November 2024 to date still not paid in full. Now taking court action, All I had was excuses after excuses and promises to say he would pay, even said he had paid and that it was all sorted. All lies. If you value your hard earned money go elsewear.

rip off i have requested to take him onto the ferret now classed as a trader and hes ripping people off
this week he said he would meet me with cash after work and didn't said he would send me a bank transfer and still didnt hes full of lies i have warned people and more and more people are coming forward.
now owes me £1600 he has taxed van so looks like he has sold it
legally he can not sell it as it is not his to sell still mine until monies paid
will be contacting DVLA to report and the police also be contacting Trading Standard
all the same excusses he gives everybody else would be funny if not so much money invlved
