Requirements
- A degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- CIPD qualified or working towards CIPD qualification
- level 2 qualification to include Numeracy and Literacy

- full driving license and access to transport for business use
- experience in completing the Annual Monitoring Return for the Equality Commission
- proven knowledge of employment law in Northern Ireland
- degree in HR

- experience in managing recruitment campaigns
- at least 3 years of HR experience

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR Office role
- member of CIPD
