The role of a business development consultant is to familiarise yourself with the already existing database, build relationships and generate new business. This could be via valuation leads, viewings and helping with tenancy renewal process.
The company are renowned for their long-term relationship building, customer service levels and professional presence within east London. Your role would be vital to build on this already outstanding name.
Working for an independent brand gives the said candidate a great opportunity to take control of their own desk and really elevate their career.
The package on offer for the successful candidate is a basic salary of £20,000 with an achievable on target earnings in the first year of £35,000. There is no need to drive with this position, and working pattern is five day working weeks Monday to Friday.
