Responsibility
- to ensure the accurate input of all sales and purchase accounts details to Sage 200 and CoolCare system
- to ensure all outstanding debts are chased in an efficient and sequenced manner in order to maximise the Company's cashflow
- processing sales invoices
- credit control – Chasing debts, details of contracts etc
- bank Reconciliations
- matching invoices, delivery notes and orders
- processing payments each month
- to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and accountability, liaising and retaining effective lines of communication with Homes/Units within Administrators scope of duties
