  • we are a well-established and highly regarded Aesthetic and Dermatology Clinic in the heart of Royal Tunbridge Wells
  • other responsibilities include professionally answering and dealing with telephone calls and email correspondence
  • experience in social media is required, with the ability to schedule and post relevant material creatively
  • the ideal candidate will have previous reception or administration experience with a strong but caring telephone manner and competent IT skills
  • being well presented, articulate, personable, calm under pressure and a team player is fundamental to this role
  • an exciting opportunity for a full-time confident Receptionist/Administrator to join their Front of House team has arisen. Applicants must be confident, and able to work variable shifts and alternate Saturdays
  • the front-of-house role involves duties such as meeting and greeting clients, presenting them with the appropriate form for their procedure, as well as maintaining the waiting room and reception area
