Responsibility
- the Senior Support Worker will provide first line management and lead a small team of support staff
- contribute to/attend reviews and multi-disciplinary meetings
- to be fully conversant with the Service Users Rights
- they will be responsible for ensuring all current and newly referred individuals receive high quality, person centred supports
- work in partnership with care managers and other professionals to maximize the quality of life for individuals
- they will lead and support practice development within the team and will provide coaching and mentoring to team members
- preparation and cooking of food and serving meals at required times
- provide respectful high-quality support and care to Adults with mental health issues as per their individual support plans
