- understand project requirements, coordinate with resources and direct the projects in the right direction in a timely manner
- produce necessary manufacturing / fabrication drawings for modular buildings and garden rooms
- communicate and liaise with Structural Engineers, Architects, Project Managers and site Managers
- attend progress meetings on site
